Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets type IV pilus inner membrane component PilM in Pseudomonas aeruginosa samples.
In Pseudomonas aeruginosa, PilM is a cytoplasmic-facing inner membrane protein of the type IV pilus machinery. Together with PilN, PilO and PilP it forms the inner-membrane platform needed to assemble pili, which the bacterium uses for surface attachment, twitching motility, biofilm formation and virulence.
