Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes DNA replication complex GINS protein PSF2 (gene GINS2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
GINS2 (PSF2) is one of four subunits of the GINS complex, which is essential for starting DNA replication and for moving replication forks. Together with CDC45 and the MCM2–7 ring, GINS forms the CMG helicase that unwinds DNA and anchors the replisome, so GINS2 is studied in DNA replication and cell proliferation.
