Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 13 (gene PSMD13) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
PSMD13 (Rpn9) is a non-ATPase subunit of the lid of the 19S regulatory particle of the 26S proteasome. It contains a PCI domain and is needed for correct assembly and stability of the lid, the subcomplex that carries the deubiquitinase PSMD14 and removes ubiquitin chains from substrates before degradation.
