Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes prostaglandin E2 receptor EP3 subtype (gene PTGER3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
The EP3 receptor (PTGER3) is a prostaglandin E2 receptor that couples mainly to Gi to lower cAMP and can also raise intracellular Ca2+. It is required for the fever response and enhances platelet aggregation, and it exists in several splice variants, making it relevant to thermoregulation and thrombosis research.
