Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes pseudouridine-5'-phosphatase (gene PUDP) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
PUDP (HDHD1) is a haloacid dehalogenase-like phosphatase that removes phosphate from pseudouridine 5′-monophosphate. Its product, pseudouridine, cannot be recycled and is excreted in urine, so PUDP is studied in RNA turnover and nucleotide metabolism.
