Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes pumilio homolog 1 (gene PUM1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Pumilio homolog 1 (PUM1) is a PUF-family RNA-binding protein that recognizes the UGUANAUA motif in mRNA 3′ UTRs. By recruiting deadenylase complexes and other repressors it lowers the stability and translation of its target mRNAs, with roles in neuronal function, stem cells and fertility.
