Product Overview
Clone CAI-18 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes ras-related protein Rab-11A (gene RAB11A) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 24.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 24 kDa.
Rab11A (RAB11A) is a Rab GTPase that marks recycling endosomes and returns internalized receptors and other cargo to the cell surface. With effectors such as FIPs and myosin Vb it supports membrane delivery during cytokinesis, epithelial polarity and ciliogenesis, and it is a common marker of the recycling compartment.
