Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects ras-related protein Ral-B (gene RALB) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for flow cytometry, ICC/IF and Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 23.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 23 kDa.
RalB (RALB) is a Ras-like GTPase closely related to RalA that signals through the exocyst and RALBP1. It has distinct roles in cell survival, autophagy, cytokinesis and cell migration, and it is also studied as a mediator of Ras-driven tumor growth.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): rat brain tissue, rat thymus tissue, rat lung tissue, mouse spleen tissue, mouse liver tissue, HeLa cells, 22RV1 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): A549 cells.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): Jurkat cells.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places ras-related protein Ral-B in the cell membrane and midbody. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
