Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ras guanyl-releasing protein 3 (gene RASGRP3) in human samples and is validated for IHC and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 78.3 kDa.
RasGRP3 is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor that activates the small GTPases Ras and Rap1. Like other RasGRP family members, it responds to diacylglycerol and is studied in B-cell receptor signaling and growth factor pathways.

Validated Applications
| IHC (paraffin sections) | 2–5 µg/mL (Human) |
|---|---|
| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): human breast cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human rectum adenocarcinoma tissue, human thyroid cancer tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Immunogen
Recombinant human RASGRP3 fragment (Lys8–Arg607), expressed in E. coli.
