Product Overview
Clone 28R94 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes ras association domain-containing protein 2 (gene RASSF2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 37.8 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 38 kDa.
RASSF2 is a Ras-association domain protein that binds KRAS and is considered a potential tumor suppressor. It can promote apoptosis and cell cycle arrest and helps stabilize the Hippo pathway kinase MST2, so it is studied in Ras signaling and cancer biology.
