Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ras association domain-containing protein 7 (gene RASSF7) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 39.9 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 37 kDa.
RASSF7 is a member of the N-terminal Ras-association domain family. Under stress it restrains JNK activation and apoptosis by acting on the upstream kinase MAP2K7, and during mitosis it supports Aurora B activation, microtubule growth and chromosome alignment.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human HL-60 cells, human HepG2 cells, human Jurkat cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Immunogen
Recombinant human RASSF7 fragment (Arg58–Arg342), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 77.5%.
