Product Overview
Clone 29R51 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes ribonucleoprotein PTB-binding 2 (gene RAVER2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 74.3 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 74 kDa.
RAVER2 is a ribonucleoprotein related to RAVER1 that is thought to bind single-stranded nucleic acids; its function has not been fully characterized.

Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human RAVER2.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places ribonucleoprotein PTB-binding 2 in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
