Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects transcription factor RelB in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 62.1 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 65–70 kDa.
RelB is a member of the NF-κB transcription factor family that works mainly in the alternative (non-canonical) NF-κB pathway, usually paired with p52. It is important for lymphoid organ development, dendritic cell function and immune tolerance, and it is studied in immunology and inflammation research.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human Ramos cells, human Daudi cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
