Product Overview
Clone GFE-13 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes macrophage-stimulating protein receptor (gene MST1R) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 152.2 kDa; the supplier reports observed bands at 35, 185 kDa.
RON (MST1R) is a receptor tyrosine kinase of the MET family activated by macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP). Ligand binding causes autophosphorylation and recruits signaling partners such as PI3K and GAB1, activating pathways that control cell survival, migration and differentiation, and RON is studied in inflammation and epithelial cancers.
