Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects large ribosomal subunit protein eL27 (gene RPL27) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
RPL27 (eL27) is a component of the large 60S ribosomal subunit. It is needed for correct processing of ribosomal RNA precursors into mature 28S and 5.8S rRNA, and variants have been reported in Diamond–Blackfan anemia.

Recombinant human RPL27 fragment (Met1–Arg108), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 100%.
