Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes replication termination factor 2 (gene RTF2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
RTF2 (replication termination factor 2, also RTFDC1) travels with the replisome and has been reported to support fork stability and ATR signaling after DNA damage. It is thought to help regulate fork pausing, and its removal from stalled forks has been linked to proper restart of DNA replication.
