Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects serine/threonine-protein kinase SBK1 in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry and ELISA.
SBK1 is a serine/threonine-protein kinase that has been suggested to take part in signaling pathways during brain development. Its substrates and physiological functions remain poorly characterized.

Recombinant human SBK1 fragment (Glu34–Gln293), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 98.5%.

The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places serine/threonine-protein kinase SBK1 in the cytoplasm.
