Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects sodium channel modifier 1 (gene SCNM1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
SCNM1 is a component of the minor spliceosome, which removes the rare U12-type introns from pre-mRNAs. It was first identified as a genetic modifier of sodium channel disease severity in mice and has more recently been linked to primary cilia length and Hedgehog signaling.
