Boster Bio Anti-SLC46A3 Antibody catalog # A15198-2. Tested in IHC, Flow Cytometry, ELISA applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat.
Scientific background: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a transmembrane protein family that transports small molecules across membranes. The encoded protein has been found in lysosomal membranes, where it can transport catabolites from the lysosomes to the cytoplasm. This protein has been shown to be an effective transporter of the cytotoxic drug maytansine, which is used in antibody-based targeting of cancer cells.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
Protein: Lysosomal proton-coupled steroid conjugate and bile acid symporter SLC46A3 | Gene: solute carrier family 46 member 3 | Target: SLC46A3
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Polyclonal | Isotype: Rabbit IgG | Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat | Immunogen: E.coli-derived human SLC46A3 recombinant protein (Position: Q26-R461). Human SLC46A3 shares 74.9% and 75.6% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat SLC46A3, respectively. | Concentration: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml. | Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
