Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects DNA replication complex GINS protein SLD5 (gene GINS4) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
GINS4 (SLD5) is a core subunit of the GINS complex needed for the initiation and progression of DNA replication. As part of the CMG helicase with CDC45 and MCM2–7, it helps unwind template DNA and organize the replisome, and it is studied in DNA replication and proliferating cells.
