Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects copine-A (gene cpnA) in Slime mold samples.
In the social amoeba Dictyostelium discoideum, copine A (cpnA) is a Ca2+-dependent membrane-binding protein of the copine family. It is required for cytokinesis, contractile vacuole function and normal development, making it a model for studying copine function.
