Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects calcium-transporting ATPase PAT1 (gene patA) in Slime mold samples.
In Dictyostelium discoideum, patA encodes PAT1, a P-type Ca2+-transporting ATPase. It is located on the contractile vacuole system, where it pumps calcium and contributes to Ca2+ homeostasis in this amoeba.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Slime mold. UniProt places calcium-transporting ATPase PAT1 in the contractile vacuole membrane and cell membrane.
