Boster Bio Anti-SLX4 Antibody catalog # A02388-1. Tested in IHC, IF, ICC, ELISA applications. This antibody reacts with Human.
Scientific background: This gene encodes a protein that functions as an assembly component of multiple structure-specific endonucleases. These endonuclease complexes are required for repair of specific types of DNA lesions and critical for cellular responses to replication fork failure. Mutations in this gene were found in patients with Fanconi anemia.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
Protein: Structure-specific endonuclease subunit SLX4 | Gene: SLX4 structure-specific endonuclease subunit | Target: SLX4
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Polyclonal | Isotype: Rabbit IgG | Reactivity: Human | Immunogen: E.coli-derived human SLX4 recombinant protein (Position: Q42-H1804). Human SLX4 shares 57.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse SLX4. | Concentration: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml. | Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Applications: WB, IHC, IF, ICC, ELISA
Status: Active
