Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): human colon tissue, human diffuse large B cells lymphoma tissue, human laryngeal squamous cells carcinoma tissue, human liver cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human placenta tissue, human spleen tissue, human testicular seminoma tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Immunogen
Recombinant human SMIM8 fragment (Met1–Asp97), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 88.7%.

The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places small integral membrane protein 8 in the membrane.
