Product Overview
Clone AFDB-19 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes SWI/SNF-related matrix-associated actin-dependent regulator of chromatin subfamily A member 5 (gene SMARCA5) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ICC/IF. The predicted molecular weight is 121.9 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 122 kDa.
SNF2H (SMARCA5) is the ATPase of ISWI chromatin remodeling complexes, which slide nucleosomes to form regularly spaced arrays. By organizing chromatin in this way, it supports DNA replication, transcription and DNA repair.
