Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets sorting nexin-25 (gene SNX25) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Sorting nexin-25 (SNX25) is a member of the sorting nexin family. Its specific role in intracellular trafficking has not been fully characterized.

| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Immunogen
Recombinant human SNX25 fragment (His48–Lys584), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 86.4%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places sorting nexin-25 in the endosome membrane.
