Boster Bio Anti-SPRED1 Antibody Picoband® catalog # A03613-1. Tested in WB, ICC/IF, Flow Cytometry, ELISA applications. This antibody reacts with Human. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.
Scientific background: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Sprouty family of proteins and is phosphorylated by tyrosine kinase in response to several growth factors. The encoded protein can act as a homodimer or as a heterodimer with SPRED2 to regulate activation of the MAP kinase cascade. Defects in this gene are a cause of neurofibromatosis type 1-like syndrome (NFLS).
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
Protein: Sprouty-related, EVH1 domain-containing protein 1 | Gene: sprouty related EVH1 domain containing 1 | Target: SPRED1
