Product Overview

The predicted molecular weight is 32.5 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 33 kDa.
Protein sprouty homolog 4 (SPRY4) is a Sprouty family inhibitor of growth factor signaling. It suppresses MAPK activation downstream of the insulin receptor and EGFR, likely by limiting formation of active GTP-bound Ras, and also restrains integrin-driven cell spreading through TESK1 and cofilin.
