Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 (gene STAT6) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
STAT6 is a transcription factor activated by IL-4 and IL-13 receptor signaling through JAK kinases. It drives T-helper 2 differentiation, B-cell class switching to IgE and alternative macrophage activation, so it is central to research on allergy, asthma and type 2 immunity.
