Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects serine/threonine-protein kinase 32C (gene STK32C) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 55.0 kDa; the supplier reports observed bands at 60,43 kDa.
STK32C (also called YANK3) is a member of the STK32 serine/threonine kinase subfamily within the AGC kinase group. Its substrates and biological function have not been fully characterized.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human A549 cells, human A431 cells, human HeLa cells, human HepG2 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): HeLa cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human STK32C fragment (Gln42–Met475), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 92%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
