Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes striatin-3 (gene STRN3) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Striatin-3 (STRN3) is a calmodulin-binding scaffold protein that serves as a central subunit of STRIPAK complexes. By recruiting the phosphatase PP2A together with signaling kinases such as MST family members, it regulates Hippo, MAPK and cytoskeletal pathways involved in cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis.

Immunogen
Recombinant human STRN3 fragment (Asp243–His690), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 95.2% and 95.1%, respectively.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places striatin-3 in the cytoplasm and membrane.
