Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes cytochrome b-c1 complex subunit Rieske, mitochondrial (gene LOC100522678) in pig samples.
In the pig, this gene encodes the Rieske iron–sulfur protein of cytochrome b-c1 complex (complex III) in the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The Rieske subunit carries a 2Fe-2S cluster that passes electrons from ubiquinol to cytochrome c1, a core step of oxidative phosphorylation.
