Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets sushi domain-containing protein 6 (gene SUSD6) in human and monkey samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 32.1 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 35 kDa.
Sushi domain-containing protein 6 (SUSD6, also called TMEM30 or DRAGO) is a transmembrane protein that has been linked to growth suppression and cell death, including in p53-responsive pathways. Its function has not been fully characterized.

Validated Applications
| Western blot | 0.25–0.5 µg/mL (Human, Monkey) |
|---|---|
| Flow cytometry (fixed cells) | 1–3 µg/1×106 cells (Human) |
| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human Daudi cells, human A431 cells, monkey COS-7 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): Jurkat cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human SUSD6 fragment (Leu44–Ala303), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human and monkey. UniProt places sushi domain-containing protein 6 in the membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
