Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets synaptopodin 2-like protein (gene SYNPO2L) in human and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Synaptopodin 2-like protein (SYNPO2L) is a member of the synaptopodin family of actin-associated proteins. It is thought to modulate actin-based cell shape and is expressed in heart muscle, but its function has not been fully characterized.

Immunogen
Recombinant human SYNPO2L fragment (His66–Glu923), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 87.9%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human and rat. UniProt places synaptopodin 2-like protein in the cytoplasm.
