Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets syntaxin-10 (gene STX10) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Syntaxin-10 (STX10) is a SNARE protein that functions in membrane fusion during vesicle transport. It takes part in the retrograde route from late endosomes to the trans-Golgi network.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places syntaxin-10 in the Golgi apparatus membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed at high levels in heart, skeletal muscle and pancreas.
