Rabbit Monoclonal

Product Overview

Clone 20S52 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes syntaxin-3 (gene STX3) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 33.2 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 33 kDa.

Syntaxin-3 (STX3) is a SNARE protein that mediates fusion of vesicles with the apical plasma membrane of polarized epithelial cells. It is also active in neurons and photoreceptors, where a specific isoform is required for photoreceptor survival.
