Boster Bio Anti-TIMM9 Antibody catalog # A11104. Tested in IHC, IF, Flow Cytometry, ELISA applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Rat.
Scientific background: TIMM9 belongs to a family of evolutionarily conserved proteins that are organized in heterooligomeric complexes in the mitochondrial intermembrane space. These proteins mediate the import and insertion of hydrophobic membrane proteins into the mitochondrial inner membrane.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
Protein: Mitochondrial import inner membrane translocase subunit Tim9 | Gene: translocase of inner mitochondrial membrane 9 | Target: TIMM9
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Polyclonal | Isotype: Rabbit IgG | Reactivity: Human,Rat | Immunogen: E.coli-derived human TIMM9 recombinant protein (Position: M1-R89). Human TIMM9 shares 97.8% and 98.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat TIMM9, respectively. | Concentration: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml. | Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Applications: WB, IHC, IF, ICC, FC, ELISA
Status: Active
