Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19 (gene TNFRSF19) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
TROY (TNFRSF19) is an orphan member of the TNF receptor superfamily. It can activate JNK and NF-κB signaling and may promote caspase-independent cell death, and it acts as a co-receptor with the Nogo receptor in neurons. TROY also marks certain stem cell populations and is studied in neural and tumor biology.

The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19 in the membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Highly expressed in prostate.
