Product Overview
Clone 29T65 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes torsin-4A (gene TOR4A) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 46.9 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 47 kDa.
Torsin-4A (TOR4A) is a member of the torsin family of AAA+ ATPase-related proteins; its function has not been fully characterized.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human HEL cells, human SIHA cells, rat spleen tissue, rat lung tissue, mouse spleen tissue, mouse lung tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 1:500 overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
