Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets tripartite motif-containing protein 2 (gene TRIM2) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ELISA.
TRIM2 is a RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase of the tripartite motif family that is highly expressed in neurons. It ubiquitinates the neurofilament light chain and phosphorylated BIM (BCL2L11), and it is studied in neuroprotection, axonal neuropathy and antiviral defense.
