Clone 25T43 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19 (gene TNFRSF19) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 46.0 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 46 kDa.
TROY (TNFRSF19) is an orphan member of the TNF receptor superfamily. It can activate JNK and NF-κB signaling and may promote caspase-independent cell death, and it acts as a co-receptor with the Nogo receptor in neurons. TROY also marks certain stem cell populations and is studied in neural and tumor biology.
