Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets tetratricopeptide repeat protein 36 (gene TTC36) in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 20.9 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 21 kDa.
TTC36 is a tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) protein; TPR motifs typically mediate protein–protein interactions. Its biological function has not been fully characterized.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): mouse liver tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): A549 cells.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): 293T cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human TTC36 fragment (Met1–Asp187), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 89.2% and 88.6%, respectively.
