Product Overview

This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes tubulin beta-1 chain (gene TUBB1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.

Tubulin β-1 (TUBB1) is a β-tubulin isotype expressed mainly in megakaryocytes and platelets. It forms the marginal band of microtubules that maintains the discoid shape of resting platelets, and variants cause inherited macrothrombocytopenia.

Target Tubulin beta-1 chain (gene TUBB1; UniProt Q9H4B7, human)
Host / Clonality / Isotype Rabbit / Polyclonal / Rabbit IgG
