Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes protein NME8 in human and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NME8 (also called TXNDC3) is a member of the NM23 family that combines thioredoxin and nucleoside diphosphate kinase-like domains, although it lacks classical NDP kinase activity in vitro. It is found mainly in testis and ciliated cells and is associated with sperm flagella and motile cilia, where it is studied in ciliary function and male fertility.
