Product Overview
Clone 30H47 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes HAUS augmin-like complex subunit 7 (gene HAUS7) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 40.8 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 37 kDa.
HAUS7 is a subunit of the HAUS (augmin) complex, which promotes microtubule nucleation from existing spindle microtubules during mitosis. The complex helps build a robust spindle, maintain centrosome integrity and complete cytokinesis. HAUS7 is studied in cell division and microtubule organization.
