Product Overview
Clone ACHC-21 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes serine/threonine-protein kinase ULK3 in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 53.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 53 kDa.
ULK3 is a serine/threonine kinase related to ULK1 that regulates Hedgehog signaling and autophagy. In the presence of Hedgehog ligands it phosphorylates GLI transcription factors, particularly GLI2, and promotes their release from SUFU and entry into the nucleus. It is studied in Hedgehog pathway control and cellular senescence.
