Product Overview
Clone ADCB-21 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 10 (gene USP10) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 87.1 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 110 kDa.
USP10 is a deubiquitinating enzyme best known for stabilizing the tumor suppressor p53 by opposing MDM2-driven ubiquitination, including after DNA damage. It also removes ubiquitin from ribosomal proteins, Beclin 1 and CFTR, linking it to ribosome quality control and autophagy. USP10 is studied in stress responses and cancer.
