Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects protein Wnt-10b (gene WNT10B) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 43.0 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 50 kDa.
Wnt-10b is a secreted Wnt ligand that activates canonical β-catenin/TCF-dependent transcription. It influences stem cell maintenance and cell fate decisions in several tissues, and is best known for inhibiting fat-cell differentiation and supporting bone formation, as well as for roles in hair follicle, mammary gland and immune development.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human T-47D cells, human HeLa cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): PC-3 cells, ANA-1 cells, NRK cells.

Synthetic peptide from the middle region of human WNT10. The peptide sequence is conserved in mouse.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt describes protein Wnt-10b as a secreted protein. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Detected in most adult tissues. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
