Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects COMPASS component SDC1 in yeast samples.
Syndecan-1 (SDC1, CD138) is a transmembrane proteoglycan carrying heparan sulfate and chondroitin sulfate chains. It binds growth factors and matrix proteins, links the cytoskeleton to the extracellular matrix and supports exosome formation, and CD138 is widely used as a plasma cell and epithelial marker.
