Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ABC-type xenobiotic transporter (gene abcb4) in zebrafish samples.
ABCB4 (MDR3) is an ATP-dependent floppase on the canalicular membrane of hepatocytes that moves phosphatidylcholine into bile. This phospholipid protects bile duct cells from the detergent action of bile salts, and ABCB4 defects are linked to cholestatic liver disease.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with zebrafish. UniProt places ABC-type xenobiotic transporter in the membrane.
